All deliveries in India are delivered by a reputable courier service and take 5 - 7 business days to reach. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and do not include weekend delivery.
For orders shipped in India, payments are processed in INR. Prices are inclusive of taxes & duties.

MALAYSIA, HONG KONG & DUBAI
Apart from India & Singapore, we ship to the following destinations at the moment through international shipping:
For international orders to Malaysia, Hone Kong & Dubai, a shipping & handling fee is calculated at check out based on your order and destination.
Customs duties & taxes are charged on actuals and are paid by the recipient. If any such charge is applied, you will need to pay the customs charge when you receive the order. We are unable to estimate or control custom duties and import taxes as these policies vary from country to country & are determined by the country you reside in.
For orders shipped to Malaysia, Hong Kong & Dubai - payments are processed in INR and orders are shipped out of India. Orders will take 7 - 10 business days to reach, subject to your local customs handling & clearance.

We hope you love your Ellybean as much as we loved making it for you! As each product is personalized, we have a no exchange or refund policy – unless you receive a damaged product.
If this is the case, please send an image of the damaged product and write to us at email@example.com within 1-2 working days of receiving the damaged product.
